ExxonMobil Limited presented the ExxonMobil Applied Science Excellence Award in the Prime Minister’s Science Award 2025

On this occasion, Dr. Taweesak Bunluesin (2nd from right), public and government affairs manager, and Ms. Woranun Sakulsiritarakul (1st from right), public and government affairs advisor at ExxonMobil Limited, presented the special prize to students from Mahidol Wittayanusorn School for the project title “Healaria: Development of Herbal-Based Nanoparticles with Regenerative Effects on Dugesia japonica Planaria for Wound Healing Applications as a Basis for Innovative Wound Dressing”.
The Prime Minister’s Science Award, held annually since 2017, honors exceptional youth, educators, and institutions that exemplify creativity in science, technology, and innovation. It also serves as a platform for young talents to exchange ideas and experiences, supporting the national policy to develop human capital in alignment with the National Economic and Social Development Plan.
This year, four projects advanced to the final round in the Applied Science category. These projects integrate knowledge from natural sciences, innovation, and relevant technologies to address real-world problems using scientific methodology. Dr. Taweesak Bunluesin and Ms. Woranun Sakulsiritarakul jointly served as judges to select the winning project for the special award: ExxonMobil Applied Science Excellence Award.
