ExxonMobil announces second-quarter 2025 results SPRING, Texas – August 1, 2025 – Exxon Mobil Corporation today announced second-quarter 2025 earnings of $7.1 billion, or $1.64 per share assuming dilution. Cash flow from operating activities was $11.5 billion and free cash flow was $5.4 billion. Shareholder distributions totaled $9.2 billion, including $4.3 billion of dividends and $5.0 billion of share repurchases, consistent with the company's announced plans.
Marubeni and ExxonMobil’s low-carbon ammonia deal marks major step in unleashing new energy supply
  • ExxonMobil will supply approximately 250,000 tonnes of low-carbon ammonia annually on a long-term basis to Marubeni.

Calpine, ExxonMobil sign CO2 transportation and storage agreement for power generation project
  • ExxonMobil to transport and store up to 2 million metric tons per year of CO2 from Calpine’s natural gas power generation facility.
  • Calpine plans to produce ~500 megawatts of reliable low-carbon electricity, enough to power more than 500,000 homes.
